Our mission
Owling is a free, public, consumer-first grievance platform. We believe that public accountability is the most effective tool consumers have. When you file a grievance on Owling, it is visible, searchable, and permanent. Companies cannot delete it, bury it, or pretend it did not happen.
How it works
- File. Describe what happened. Name the company. Be specific — details go further than outrage.
- Publish. Your grievance goes public immediately. No paywalls. No moderation queue. No suppression.
- Hold accountable. Companies can claim their profile and respond publicly. But they cannot delete what you wrote.

For companies
Companies can claim their profile by verifying their email. Claimed companies can post official replies to grievances filed against them. Claiming does not give companies any moderation power — they cannot edit, delete, or suppress grievances.
