Data we collect
When you create an account, we collect your email address and display name. When you file a grievance, we store the details you provide: the company name, category, description, date of incident, and any evidence files you upload. We also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) for security and abuse prevention.
How we use your data
- Grievances are published publicly on the site. Title, description, category, and date are visible to all visitors.
- Your display name is not shown on grievances. Only you can see your own filing history.
- We use server logs to prevent spam, fraud, and abusive content.
- We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Company claims
When a company representative claims a profile, we verify their email address against the company domain. The verified email is not published. Company replies are clearly marked as official and attributed to the company name, not to the individual who posted them.
Your rights
- You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- You may request correction of inaccurate personal data.
- You may request deletion of your account. Grievances you have filed will remain public — they are public records — but will no longer be associated with your account.
