Owling launches — because silence should never be the price of doing business

After months of watching companies bury complaints, ghost customers, and quietly edit support tickets into oblivion, we built Owling. A public, permanent grievance platform. No walls, no filters, no vanishing acts. Every complaint you file is a matter of public record. The owl sees everything.

Companies can now reply — but they still can't delete

The most common question we got in private beta: 'Can companies just remove what I wrote?' The answer has always been no. Now it's even clearer. Verified companies can claim their profile and post official replies, but they have zero power to edit, suppress, or disappear your grievance. Their words appear alongside yours — not instead of them.

Browse grievances by category — spot the patterns companies hope you won't see

One complaint is a data point. A hundred complaints in the same category? That's a pattern. Our new category pages — Billing, Customer Service, Product Quality, Delivery, Privacy — let you see which companies have recurring problems. The pattern is the story. Owling makes it visible.

Every grievance page is built to be found

What good is filing a complaint if nobody can find it? Every Owling grievance page ships with structured data, Open Graph metadata, and clean, indexable URLs. When you file against a company, search engines pick it up. That's not a bug — that's the point.

The owl is always watching. Follow along as we build the accountability layer the internet has been missing.
