I noticed a $49.99 charge on my credit card statement that I did not authorize. I have never purchased anything from Acme Corp and after calling their customer service twice, they refuse to issue a refund claiming I signed up for a subscription.

Overcharged on monthly subscription

My monthly subscription was supposed to be $9.99 but I have been charged $14.99 for the past three months. Customer service says the price increase was communicated via email but I never received any such notification.
